FPE recently won the contract to continue providing environmental monitoring, management and compliance services for another three years at the Eumundi Landfill in Noosa. In what was a very competitive tender bid contested by almost two dozen companies, FPE’s excellent track record and competitive offer ensured we could continue to provide our expert services to the client.

FPE was involved in the initial implementation of the site’s Receiving Environmental Monitoring Plan (REMP) and with liaison with the client, developed the REMP database to store and manage all environmental data collected to date and into the future.

Our Role

FPE was contracted to undertake the following services for Noosa Council:

  • Quarterly groundwater and methane gas monitoring
  • Event-based surface water monitoring
  • Environmental reporting
  • REMP database management
  • Provide notifications and recommendations regarding environmental aspects onsite
  • Ensure Council meet environmental monitoring obligations
